Take full control of your laser focus with the Z-Axis Height Adjuster for Xtool D1 Pro. This upgrade allows you to change the height and focus of your laser module without using the side screw, eliminating one of the most common causes of module damage and wear.

Instead of loosening and tightening the factory screw, simply rotate the top knob to raise or lower the laser smoothly and precisely—making focus adjustments faster, safer, and far more consistent.

All moving components are machined metal, ensuring accurate movement and long-term durability. The mounting plates are made from high-impact PLA, designed to absorb vibration while keeping the laser module securely in place.

The design has been thoroughly tested for stability at up to 11,000 mm/min (180 mm/s)—well above the Xtool D1 Pro’s rated maximum speed of 9,600 mm/min (160 mm/s)—so you can engrave and cut with confidence.

🔧 Easy Installation (Overview)

  1. Remove your laser module from the gantry.
  2. Mount the height adjuster to the laser module and secure it.
  3. Reinstall the module to the gantry and adjust height using the top knob.
    Note: Do not over-tighten screws during installation.

We offer 60 days replacement parts (in case yes you overtighten the screw). Please send us an email to support@alivepixel.net with you order number and photos of the affected part and we will send you a spare part for free. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
