Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

AlivePixel Creates is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@alivepixel.net. While we will assist in submitting claims with the carrier, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

2. Digital Products & Mentoring Services (AlivePixel Academy)

All AlivePixel Academy services are delivered digitally or through scheduled virtual mentoring sessions. No physical products are shipped and no shipping fees apply.

You can expect the following:

• Mentoring sessions conducted online via Zoom or a similar video conferencing platform
• Digital materials (templates, downloads, guides) delivered via email or through your account
• Confirmation emails, reminders, and access links sent prior to scheduled sessions
