Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by AlivePixel Creates and AlivePixel Academy (collectively, the “Services”). By making a purchase or enrolling in any program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions and service details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged Items

If your physical item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, email us at support@alivepixel.net with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item

Once approved, we will ship a replacement item. Refunds are not issued for damaged items.

3. Wrong Size or Custom Products

All physical products are custom printed at the time of purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

If an item is slightly too large, washing and drying on high heat may result in minor shrinkage.

4. Digital Products & Mentoring Services (AlivePixel Academy)

All mentoring programs, live sessions, digital materials, courses, and educational content are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of these services—including live instruction, personalized guidance, digital access, and limited availability—all sales are final once registration or booking is completed.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a scheduled mentoring session, please notify us in advance.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
• Missed sessions (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds or credits

6. Commitment to Participation

Enrollment in a mentoring program reflects a commitment to active participation. We encourage clients to attend all sessions to receive the full value of the program.

7. Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase or enrolling in a mentoring program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
