4. Appointments, Payments, & Booking (Academy)

  • Appointments must be scheduled via our official website or authorized booking platform.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
    • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or reschedules.
    • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded or credited.
    • Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
  • No Refund Policy: All mentoring sessions and digital content purchases are non-refundable.

5. Products, Services & Delivery

Certain products may be available exclusively online. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

Descriptions, colors, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible but may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

6. Client Responsibilities (Academy)

  • Arrive on time and prepared for sessions.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection for remote sessions.
  • Engage actively and respectfully during sessions.

We are not responsible for missed sessions due to client tardiness or technical issues on the client’s side.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Updates to billing, shipping, or contact info should be provided promptly.

8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools, which we do not control. Use them at your own risk.

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content or practices of third parties.
