Xtool’s Honeycomb Alignment & Raiser — Centered Stability & Improved Airflow

The Xtool’s Honeycomb Alignment & Raiser system is designed to securely center your honeycomb bed in your Xtool laser — especially the D1 and D1 Pro — giving you a stable, perfectly aligned workspace every time. This simple yet effective alignment tool helps ensure your honeycomb doesn’t shift during laser cutting or engraving, so your jobs stay true to your settings and produce repeatable, accurate results.

By lifting the honeycomb approximately ½ inch off your spoil board or base, the raiser also improves airflow under the grid. Better airflow helps reduce scorching and heat buildup, lowers the risk of burn marks, and keeps your honeycomb cleaner longer. It’s designed to work with Xtool honeycombs and any other square-shaped honeycomb panel that fits your machine’s bed.

If you use an extension kit or run dual honeycomb panels, this system lets you clamp and lock both together so they stay centered and stable while the machine moves. This feature is especially useful during heavier cuts, longer engraving jobs, or when precision is critical.

Whether you’re tackling detailed engraving, cutting thick materials, or running batch jobs, this alignment and raiser combo helps keep your laser setup steady — letting you focus on creativity and production, not constant repositioning.

The Xtool version gives you a perfect center honeycomb, push to fit the legs and honeycomb to lock in place and ensure that if your machine moves your honeycomb will follow.

Nivill Extended Honeycomb Stop using two honeycombs and get a larger version that can get your jobs done without traying to fix alignment or moving parts around. The alignment only works with Nivill extended honeycomb on amazon.

The Other brand version allows you to use any brand available with the only considerations that need to be square.
