Upgrade or replace the lens on your xTool D1 diode laser engraver with our premium coated mineral crystal lens. Made from hardened mineral glass with a scratch-resistant silica coating, this lens delivers sharper beam focus, cleaner engravings, and longer-lasting performance than standard OEM lenses.

Works With Your Brass Spacer

Pair with our brass spacer to secure the lens without glue — it's faster, cleaner, and makes lens replacement a breeze. No more soaking housings in acetone just to swap a worn lens.

Lens Care & Maintenance

Laser lenses are consumables. Clean regularly with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab to remove grease and glue vapor buildup. Replace periodically to keep your laser at full power.

How to Replace Your Lens

  1. Remove the lens housing from your laser module. If glued, soak in acetone for an hour or two to soften the glue, then push the lens out.
  2. If using a screw lock nut, it may also be glued — use the same acetone method to release the lock nut.
  3. Apply a small drop of high-temperature silicone or sealant to secure the new lens (optional — skip if using a brass spacer).
  4. Carefully place the lens, ensuring no glue touches the center. Let dry fully before reattaching to your module.
  5. Reattach the housing and you're ready to engrave. Clean your lens regularly between jobs for best results.
