These will work for materials up to approx .18-19”! They will also work for 1/8” materials, but there will be a small gap/movement. They may not fit thicker materials near a true 1/4”. 

When creating your keychain files, I recommend using a .19" size hole, with a .125" offset around it for these. This listing also comes with a FREE keychain file! Email Crystal@RileyBlackDesigns.com with your order # to claim your file.
