Xtool’s Honeycomb Alignment and Raiser system gets your honeycomb centered on your Xtool D1 and D1Pro. Get a half inch raised from your spoil board or base to improve air flow and prevent fires, designed to work with Xtool honeycombs and any other square shaped honeycomb.
If you have the extension kit, and you are using 2 honeycombs, with our Honeycomb alignment you can now clamp both honeycombs to avoid movement and keep them centered in your Xtool D1 and D1Pro.
Black prints may be made using gray or red, depending on market availability, as black filament is currently in limited supply.
Xtool’s Honeycomb Alignment and Raiser gets your honeycomb centered on your Xtool D1 and D1 Pro. Get a half inch raised from your spoil board or base to improve air flow and prevent fires, designed to work with Xtool’s honeycombs and any other square shaped honeycomb.
The Xtool version gives you a perfect center honeycomb, push to fit the legs and honeycomb to lock in place and ensure that if your machine moves your honeycomb will follow.
Nivill Extended Honeycomb Stop using two honeycombs and get a larger version that can get your jobs done without traying to fix alignment or moving parts around. The alignment only works with Nivill extended honeycomb on amazon.
The Other brand version allows you to use any brand available with the only considerations that need to be square.
Join clamp for dual Honeycombs, if you have the extension kit, and you are using 2 honeycombs, with our Honeycomb alignment you can now clamp both honeycombs to avoid movement and keep them centered in your machine.
Using the clamp to merge both together is optional; you can use the center and side parts to support the honeycombs with no need to merge them.

first let me tell you I had an issue to start. But don’t stop reading. I sent in a email and Daniel responded within an hour, that’s not the best part. What will keep me a loyal customer is the fact that Daniel responded and he was out of the office for the next several day. Not only did he try to make it right, he had is other half try and assist while she was still in the office. Since it couldn’t corrected right away Daniel Returned to the office on the 4th day and remanufactured the part for me. That right there is what gains my support. For those of you on facebook join the Xtool pages. Alive pixel is highly rated by many of us just for this reason. Also check out the drag chain they have no more wires flopping around getting hooked on what ever it is you’re trying to burn.

Bought this for my nivil extended honeycomb. The measurements were spot on and fits like a glove. The added height for air flow is also impressive. It will allow for cooler burns on the back side and easier clean out. Added is mid supports so the honeycomb won’t bow which most people would forget about.

I am sure most folks are thinking these are alignment jigs. Well for me they are awesome! They hold the honeycomb in the perfect position and hold it firmly so if I need to slide the unit everything doesn’t pop . Believe me the investment is well worth it!

Have these on both of my machines and absolutely love them. Not only does it lock your honeycomb in place they also give you extra air flow under the honeycomb. Additional bonus since the honeycomb is locked in place square I can square up my material for a burn.

I just received laser to honeycomb bits to link the XTool D! with XTool honeycomb base. they’re both great pieces, but sometimes keeping them square to each other was just a pain. Oh, my goodness! the fit is perfect! I didn’t even need the extenders which are provided. The build quality and the materials are top notch. To tell you I’m thrilled is an understatement. If I could give you more stars, I definitely would I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to sync their laser with a honeycomb bed Thank you, and once again, good job!

I have purchased the z-axis height adjuster and the honeycomb alignment from Alive Pixel and they were worth the wait. Honeycomb now sits in a locked position which helps aligning and framing my material. The z-axis height adjuster is the ticket for utilizing the D1 without having to change risers and such. Both are time savers. Highly recommend!

Daniel Gonzales has once again produced a seriously awesome accessory for the XTool D1 Laser…the “Honeycomb Alignment and Raiser System”!
After receiving my XTool Honeycomb I was wondering how to easily align it to the laser, I looked around and saw he had come up with an extremely affordable solutions, and let me tell you..it worked perfectly and now everything is aligned. I should also mention it was very easy to assemble and works with the XTool riser legs.
I look forward to seeing what else he creates to make my D1 experience easier.
