Z-Height Adjuster for Xtool D1 Pro Laser. Will allow you to easily adjust the height of the laser module with just turning a knob on the top. Once installed, with a approx. 2.25″ (56mm) of up and down travel for the laser module.

Z-Axis Height Adjuster D1 Pro
Change the height and focus without using the side screw, remove chances of damage to your laser module. All moving parts are made of metal to ensure precise movements and longevity, the mounting plates of PLA high impact plastic. Design and built to keep your module stable. Tested for stability up to 11000 mm/m or 180 mm/s (Xtool D1 maximum speed is rated as 9600 mm/m or160mm/s)
The Z-Axis adjuster is compatible with Xtool D1 Pro Laser
Installation:
- Remove your laser module from the gantry, mount the adapter on your laser module holding both parts firmly and adjust the side screw to secure it (Do not over tighten the screw).
- Mount the adapter back to the gantry. Hold the module in place while adjusting the side screw (Do not over tighten the screw).
Warranty:
We offer 60 days replacement parts (in case yes you overtighten the screw). Please send us an email to support@alivepixel.net with you order number and photos of the affected part and we will send you a spare part for free. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

This product is well-made and fits perfectly! I love the side clamp where it attaches to the gantry. Well worth the money and if you are thinking about getting this stop thinking about it and get it. It makes your life easier when you have to focus on a project that you are working on. Fit nice and snug and, stop playing with those side screws. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a D1 Pro Laser. Don’t buy a cheap one and spend the extra money on a good product. Thank you Daniel and glad I found you.

This should be the first modification to you’re laser if you’re going to use a rotary. No more removing the leg extensions to go back in forth. It’s built well. Works great and just the amount of time saved is worth every penny. Yes you lose some y space. I’m ok with that. Definitely get a little electric screw driver. It makes adjusting a lot quicker. Now go get Daniel’s new rotary tool mod and take your xtool to a whole new level.

What a well thought out & designed product. The swap out took 10-15 seconds. The adjustment was so easy & accurate. Before every-time I set height & locked it in place, it moved. Trying to guess which way it would move was a pain. Only drawback is giving up about 1.75” in Y-axis work zone, but I’ll take it gladly.

This product makes focusing the laser module 100000% better. I can pinpoint the height from my material using the adjustment knob then lock into place. With the OEM system I was finding during lock down of the module It would move slightly downward. One added bonus is I can keep my legs on and use my rotary because of the long travel allowed by the adjuster. I had purchased one of these for my Ortur LM3 and knew it would be my first purchase for my xtool. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great addition to your current setup. I did have to do a little sanding, but completely understandable with a 3D. Much rather sand a little and have a tight fit than have the laser too loose in the holder. Makes setting the Z access quick and easy.

This is such an awesome product. Keeps your laser module from getting damaged from the tightening screw. Very easy to make fast adjustments and you can also use a drill for even faster positioning. In my opinion this is a plus to any D1 Pro. Very well made quality parts. This is a must have and I would recommend it to everyone! Get this product and support this company!
