These are perfect for engraving candle jars. The jars I use are heavy and these jaws have no problem holding them in place when I engrave a complete wrap. This is a real test because the rotary continually moves back and forth when engraving the complex vector wraps that I use. The jars Do Not slip at all. Very easy to use. I can grip the jars from the inside to allow complete access to the entire jar.

I ordered these when I was ordering the long chuck mounts. At first I was disappointed as they were a different size than what the arms used so didn’t do anything with them until today. I’ve got an order for a bunch of 24oz tumblers and no matter what, couldn’t get the chuck arms to use on them at all. Saw those rollers on my table, had to move a couple of tries but then “Bam!”, got it to fit. Got the chuck adjusted right so I can just slide the tumblers on and off without having to adjust the chuck at all! Slide it off, slide the new one on and do a frame, nice and straight and run the next unit!

This is one of the best upgrades out there when doing tumblers. I personally have them on all 7 of my RA2’s.
I have not had one tumbler slip or wobble since upgrading to these grips.
I also teach courses on laser engraving and suggest them to all my students!

Great quality product, increases the versatility of the XTool RA2 Tool and the stability of the work piece during engraving. I have a far greater confidence that my work piece will not shift during engraving as compared to the stock work holding equipment from Xtool.

I have been doing a ton of tumblers with my RA2. I purchased an F1 to add to my 20w pro. I installed these in 3 mins and didnt look back. They are perfect and took the slop out of the RA2.
