Z-Axis Height Adjuster for Xtool D1 Laser
Change the height and focus without using the side screw, remove chances of damage to your laser module. All moving parts are made of metal to ensure precise movements and longevity, the mounting plates of high impact plastic. Design and built to keep your module stable. Tested for stability up to 11000 mm/m or 180 mm/s (Xtool D1 maximum speed is rated as 9600 mm/m or160mm/s)
The Z-Axis adjuster is compatible with Xtool D1 Laser
Installation:
- Remove your laser module from the gantry, mount the adapter on your laser module holding both parts firmly and adjust the side screw to secure it (Do not over tighten the screw).
- Mount the adapter back to the gantry. Hold the module in place while adjusting the side screw (Do not over tighten the screw).
Warranty:
We offer 60 days replacement parts (in case yes you overtighten the screw). Please send us an email to support@alivepixel.net with you order number and photos of the affected part and we will send you a spare part for free. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

I really like the product but I have one small issue with it. I have a slight issue with a small wiggle up and down on the two rails that it uses to focus. This causes a small wiggle when cutting lines in speeds above 2000. If there is something I can do to remedy this the product will be absolutely perfect.

I purchased the Z-Axis Height Adjuster for Xtool D1 Laser. Very good quality the way it is made. Fit very snug so no issues with the laser head moving. I will be needing to purchase another one soon as I am adding another laser.

I have had my d1 for about a year. Set it up and had a bunch of overtime till about December, 2022 before I finally got to use it. I have been watching people with this and I knew it was something I wanted to get to fine tune my z axis. I have to so it is sooo much easier, and it fit my 10w right away. It will be handy with the different tumblers I have. Thank you for making a great product!

The z axis was a much needed addition to my Xtool Dseries 10w. I was super excited to see it created and it did NOT disappoint! Well done and thank you! The laser head is now protected from falling and no more worries of the side screw stripping out.

Got tired of “loosen – slide – check – slide – check – tighten” and after all that 30 minutes into an hour job the laser head DROPS LOOSE. Work wasted and possible fire started. This adjusted prevents all that and more.

This is one of the best add on pieces for the D1. No more removing leg extensions or that annoying side screw. Simply twist the top knob to raise or lower your focus. Truly a time saver between projects.

This product is a life saver or should I say module saver. My xTool D1 10w (non-pro) module was starting to slip no matter how tight it was. The dovetail on the module was getting worn out. Then I saw this, purchased it, arrived quickly and installed. Works perfect. No more slipping.

I ordered the Z-Axis Height adjuster for my 10w Xtool D1 laser. The plate for the height adjuster didn’t fit my laser head. Daniel quickly sent out another plate, it still didn’t fit. Daniel went above and beyond and upgraded the plate to the clamp style. It fits great. Thank you for the great customer service.
