First off the customer service has been great. When I received my drag chain kit for my 40W extended kit I had a design issue. It appeared that xTool changed their gantry frame slightly that prevented the original design from AlivePixel. Working with the owner, he was able to get me a new design quickly that still did not require any modification to the xtool. Of note I did find the included air hose to be too flexible and slightly undersized for the input into my laser module. I opted for a more more rigid 6mm OD air hose. This did however require the hose to be mounted outside of the drag chain as it was a tight fit to begin with. I have about 20 hours of run time with the drag chain kit and have had absolutely no issues. Next is building an enclosure. Thank you AlivePixel!

This product makes the 40W D1 Pro a real joy to use. I no longer have to worry about my cables or air hose getting caught on the laser or moving my material out of position. It also allows the rear Y axis limit switch to work since the cables no longer get caught between the frame and the moving head.

My xtool d1 pro is now setup like it should have been from factory. This kit solved every single issue I was having and it all fit perfectly. I have not one bad thing to say about this kit. The look of it is incredible. Pictures don’t do it any justice. Highly recommend.

The drag chain is a fantastic addition to my XTool D1 Pro. It is something the manufacturer should include. I particularly like that the air assist hose is part of the drag chain. All of the wiring and the air hose are now neat, tidy, and smoothly functioning. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Wow great shipping, the chain is very well built. I used a sharp point punch and had both chains undone in under 5min. Not 1 link was damaged and everything went together just like the video describes on a video I found on YouTube. I have my eye on something next to order from here.

I’ve ordered a few things from Daniel so far including my favorite, as of this moment, is the drag chain for my xTool D1 Pro w/extension! The way everything is organized is perfect & also fits the air hose with plenty of room so it doesn’t get crimped, not to mention it operates extremely smooth & gives the machine that next level look!💪🏼

As all the other reviews state this addon is great. It improves the biggest oversight about any Xtool diode laser (or most manufacturers for that matter), the poor cable management. This simple solution comes with everything that you need to get those cables in line. The extra length of the cables also allows for some more varied workspaces depending on your setup. The seller is incredibly friendly and even fixed an issue I had (no fault of his own, completely my mistake) during his vacation time. Prompt responses, more than fair in his dealings. I would purchase from Alive Pixel over and over. All other businesses should take note, customer service is king … it keeps your users coming back. Thank you Alive Pixel.

I bought this because I got so sick and tired of the cable management that came with the D1 Pro. Constant headache worrying about the cables getting in the way is something that completely went away with this item. Straight up love for this. I did end up with a little tiny problem of the air assist line getting kinked. So I did remove it and replaced it with a harder line that supports itself. (After I made the video). Even with that thou, I am suggesting anyone I know of the NEED for this.

I cannot say how many pieces of tape I had all over the place for the air hose and cables along with zip ties. This kit allowed me to remove all of that (no more sticky residue) and keep all my components out of the way. My cables are safe from being damaged from being tangled on the laser head, pulled, or falling and burning cables and damaging product. It was a simple install kit and well made. Another great product from a brilliant company.

This kit came with everything I needed to install. The install took about 20 minutes and all parts fit as expected. The machine now homes properly without having the stock cable loom bunch of in the rear of the device. I also appreciate not having the air assist hose constantly being in the way. I did have a few pre-sale questions and Daniel was quick to assist. Overall very happy with this upgrade and would purchase again.

I saw this when it came out for pre order and decided to get one. Let me say what a difference this thing makes compared to the wire being zip tied to the unit, so much smoother when running cuts and engravings. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade to their laser.
